Where do I login to view my purchased courses?
Log into your student portal with the button below! You should have received an automated email with your login credentials. This will be the email address you used to check out and an automated password.

If you need help accessing your account, send us an email and we can verify your email address & reset your password!
I can't access my courses / I'm missing some of my purchased courses.
Nine times out of ten, this issue is caused by your browser. Follow the steps in the video below to ensure your browser isn't the problem!

How long do I have access to my course?
COURSES + PAST GLOWUPS: How does lifetime access sound?! Log into your student portal at any time to watch your content!

LIVE GLOWUPS: Live Glowups are a great way to save on education and join us in a live, interactive setting! If you signed up for a one-time live Glowup or as part of our Subscribe & Save membership, you have 7 days from the first day of the Glowup to watch the replays. You can upgrade to lifetime access to the replays by clicking the VIP upgrade link in your confirmation email.
Where do I access my purchased digital products?
PURCHASE DATE IS AFTER MARCH 2024: Login here to view your order history and download your digital files.

PURCHASE DATE IS BEFORE MARCH 2024: Email us at hello@developeacademy.com! We will confirm your purchase and issue you a redownload for your digital product purchase.
I'm having trouble getting the videos to load.
If you're having issues watching the course videos, this is likely due to your Internet speed. Troubleshooting your Internet connectivity and try again.

You can also adjust the quality of the video playback by clicking the gear icon on the video player toolbar. By default, it will be set to Auto, but you can change it to as low as 480p for use on slower connections.
If you are still encountering issues, try following the steps in the video below for clearing your cache, cookies, & browser history, switching browsers, or trying an incognito/private window.

Do you have any upcoming shootouts?
We aim to do 1-3 shootouts a year, so something is likely in the works! Members of our In the Glow community get first dibs on tickets, then we announce to our email list, update our events page, and Facebook group if there are any spots remaining.

How can I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed differently depending on how you pay! Follow the instructions below to update your payment method or manage your subscription.

CREDIT CARD: Login HERE and enter the email address associated with your account.

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Settings near the top of the page.
  3. Click Payments.
  4. Click Manage pre-approved payments.

Where do I login to view my purchased courses?
If this is your first time joining us, you'll get a few emails when your registration is complete. One of those emails will have a link to our student portal and your login credentials. You can also find the link to login to your student portal in the navigation bar on this site!
