Log into your student portal with the button below! You should have received an automated email with your login credentials. This will be the email address you used to check out and an automated password.

I'm having trouble getting the videos to load.

If you're having issues watching the course videos, this is likely due to your Internet speed. Troubleshooting your Internet connectivity and try again.

You can also adjust the quality of the video playback by clicking the gear icon on the video player toolbar. By default, it will be set to Auto, but you can change it to as low as 480p for use on slower connections.

If you are still encountering issues, try following the steps in this video below for clearing your cache, cookies, & browser history, switching browsers, or trying an incognito/private window.

GLOW NOTES: Our most affordable subscription option, subscribers get monthly Cliff Notes-style summary of lessons we're teaching to our In the Glow members.

How can I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed differently depending on how you pay! Follow the instructions below to update your payment method or manage your subscription.

CREDIT CARD: Login HERE and enter the email address associated with your account.

PAYPAL: 
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Settings near the top of the page.
3. Click Payments.
4. Click Manage pre-approved payments.

Based on my experience level, what courses should I start with?

JUST GETTING STARTED: If you're new to photography or to running a photography business, we recommend starting with our Develope Beginner Course and The Skin Tones Glowup!

PROFESSIONALS: Any of our courses that fall into the photography or business categories will be a great fit for you! However, we recommend everyone take The Skin Tones Glowup—even photographers who have been shooting for 10+ years have seen major growth. We also recommend our mastermind group In the Glow for the most accelerated growth path.
