COURSES
In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision for you or your business, within 30 days of enrollment, contact our support team at hello@developeacademy.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 CT.
If you have completed less than 25% of the course or product, and have emailed us within 30 days of your purchase, we will provide you with a refund to your original payment method. Your access to the purchased Offering or program will be immediately revoked.
We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
LIVE GLOWUPS
All payments towards a live Glowup challenge are nonrefundable. By purchasing access to a live Glowup course, whether by purchasing a single general admission ticket or by being granted access via a subscription (such as In the Glow), you acknowledge that there will be no refunds of any kind.
You acknowledge that live Glowups occur virtually at a specific date and time, and general admission access lasts for seven (7) days following the first day of the Glowup. Unless you have purchased or been granted lifetime access the Glowup, course, program, or content, your access will be revoked on the date stated on the checkout page and product page.
You are responsible for noting the correct dates of the Glowup and watching the content live, or during the 7-day replay period. You are not eligible for a refund even if you do not watch the content.
There will be no refunds of any kind for live Glowup purchases. There will be no extended access provided for live Glowup purchases, under any circumstances.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are available solely as a digital download. All sales are final, and no refunds are available.
A digital download or product is unlike most purchases. A digital product, after downloading or accessing, cannot be deactivated or returned, which negates the ability to properly do a refund.
